Condor Kephart

Well I've had a Kephart style knife on order now for over ten days... I didn't get an email that the product had been shipped... You know the email that gets you excited knowing that your new toy has left the building! On the 4th day after they had confirmed they got my payment I decided to send a note back to the company who sold it to me (Co. name withheld). They wrote me back and said "the shipping order is here somewhere and they would email me that it shipped when they found it". Then I received an email from customer service stating "the product is being shipped the next morning and you can track it with a link on the email shipping statement." Cool! I thought to myself.... haha ya right. I didn't get the shipping notice.
Any thoughts?

My thoughts are to buy from 42blades in the future. The guy is awesome, his prices are good, he ships right away, and he carries the whole dang condor line.
