Condor Khukri

Ive found a site that has both the Condor Golok, and the Condor Khukri in stock.....

I have wanted a Golok for awhile, but that dang Khukri is lookin sweet. Anyone have one? Likes? Dislikes?
 
Get both. A lot of folks have the golok and love it--so far I only know of one person who has the kukri (though I plan on getting one) and he really likes it but hasn't had the time to do a review or post pics. They're inexpensive, and it'll save you on shipping! :D
 
I have the Kukri, its pretty solid, and chops very well. It is more of a machete that is shaped like a kukri to me...although I dont yet own the Golok, so I cant compair. As soon as I get the Golok, I will let you know:D
 
I don't own the kukri but my impression was that the 1/8" blade is more machete than khukuri. If you want a khuk, by a Himalayan Imports model.
I have the Golok and it's nice. It's sort of unique in design and it works well.
 
Its a kukri-machete. There will be a "heavy" kukri later
 
I have a couple HI Khuks....

Just liked the Khukchete....

I think im gonna go with a Golok for now...
 
I haven't had either, but I would get the Golok first. Of course, that is because it seems like it will chop better to me. And I like choppers :D
 
I was asking the same question in the general forum. I will get both, hopefully in a week or two I will buy them.
 
If you are going to get a Khukri you should get a real one, from HI, not some imitation...

I have 3 from HI, and have owned several more.... ;)

I miss my Bonecutter. :(

I like Khuks, and I think a thinner one would be sweet. However, im goin Golok FIRST!!:D
