Does anyone have any experience with the Condor MA28 Single Flashbang Pouch? I was looking for a pouch with a fastener other than velcro, and I came across the MA28. The dimensions are 5"H X 2"W X 1"D, so it looks like it will work well with either the Leatherman Charge or the SOG Powerlock. I ordered one that should be here in a couple of days, so I will report back once I try it.

please do man.. i need a pouch for my extra large gerber multi tool. i love the leather sheath the SOG power lock came with so until that wears out ill use the leather.

it should fit, but there will be some extra room.

flash bangs are larger than multi tools.

My Condor MA28 Single Flashbang Pouch arrived today. I tried it with both the Leatherman Charge TTi, and the SOG EOD Powerlock w/V-Cutter.
The footprint of the pouch is 3 1/2"W X 5 1/2"H. The actual dimensions of the pouch is the advertised 5"H X 2"W X 1"D.

Out of the two multi tools I tried it with, it works best with the SOG EOD Powerlock w/V-Cutter. The SOG is 4 3/4"H X 1 1/2"W, so it fits nicely in the pouch. It is not a snug fit, but it fits well enough that I would not worry that it would fall out when the pouch is fastened. There is about a 1/2" space between the top of the SOG tool and the closed top flap, but it is not enough to allow the tool to fall out.

It does not work as well with the Leatherman Charge TTi. The Charge is only 4" tall, and there is a chance the tool could fall out of the pouch even when fastened if the conditions were right (or wrong!). The bottom picture shows the Charge seated all the way to the bottom of the pouch, and it that position, there is a large enough space at the top with the flap closed for the tool to fall out.

interesting. so atleast we know now thats its good for larger multi tools.. thanks for posting this with pics. for the $$ the pouch could be used for kinds of applications.

The pouch could be modified to fit if one knew how to perform the neccessary sewing operation. The closure on the flap could be moved to accomodate almost any large multi tool.

Best multi tool pouch I have used is the Tactical Tailor Multi Tool pouch. Less than $16 from TT or ATS.
