This just arrived. Initially it seems to be a high value option, and I am excited to use it as a tool. I also got a 12 dollar shipped kydex sheath off of ebay.

I really liked the Moonstalker when I held it. It seemed to be very nice quality.

Thank for the pictures, and showing the balance. Looks like Condor has improved their fit-N- finish some.
What other like knives do you have and how does it compare?

What is the circumference measured at the middle of the handle?
I found the grip of the Condor Barong and the Dundee Bowie just a bit on the large side.
And the Barong too round.

I got this and the Dundee today, the handle circumference is 4" at the belly, smaller and more comfortable than the Dundee or the Rodan. It's nicely balanced, doesn't feel excessively blade heavy. The handle shape and material make the grip effortless. The Hudson bay has had the smallest handle so far.

I came close to ordering one but I just couldn't get past how close my Hudson Bays were to this model. I'm definitely attracted to it though.

The handle of the Dundee was a bit on the large side towards the pommel. And a little too round for my taste .Feels like it can be twisted easily out of your hand..
The Rodan and Barong were almost completely round regarding the handle.

I like the CS Smatchet a lot, it has a 4.1 inch handle circumference at the belly, but the strong oval make it that you have good control over the whole thing.
No twisting in the hand.

But the Condor Moonstalker sounds like a nice option as well ..
