So, does anyone have one of these yet? I really like its basic style, but I'm wondering about its sturdiness. I've heard it tapers all the way down the blade and has quite a thin tip. Any info would be appreciated!

I have one...i included it in a thread I'll link you to...it's not that thin...came very sharp, chops well, kinda struggled batoning, the handle transmits more shock than my Swamp Rats with res c and it had a little hotspot at the lanyard hole

I like it though, nice sheath, cheap as sin and surprised me with it's chopping ability...

Check here..the Condor shows up part way down...hope it helps some!

I say buy it if you can find it! :)

J Davey, it's a sure winner. The grip is very full and... well, grippy, allows for great reinforced chopping, limbing and batoning. The convex edge is shaving sharp and extremely durable. There's no reason not to get one at the cost of 24 bucks. Definately a very practical high performance piece.

Glad to hear good reviews - as usual, my favorite gear has recently become my wife's favorite gear and now I'm leaning towards this Kumunga to replace my old KA-BAR in accompanying my SOG Tomahawk. So, Kumunga and SOG 'hawk; killer (budget) combo, or what?

I personally don't find there to be a shock problem when batoning mine--I think it all has to do with what you're batoning and--more importantly--how. :)
