Not so long ago I started a thread, very pleased with myself, that I had managed to reduce my collection to 3 very special users. Well it's time I admit that I failed miserably to keep from buying more. As you can see I like regular Sebenzas and am especially happy with the large regular (2008) which I got with box and papers for a very reasonable price.

They all look pristine in the photos, but there are a few small scratches on most. What do you guys and gals think?

On a side-note I don't find that the disk on the Umnumzaan's lock interferes with normal usage and I guess it would reassure buyers in the future that there has been no fiddling with the lock.

I think many have some fine specimens including you! I bet you are pleased with those in the photo, I know I would be.

Thank you, yes I like each of them a lot: been carrying the Umnumzaan lately (sold 2 before getting this one). I substituted the fluorinated grease which I use on my other Chris Reeves with Copper Compound: seems to work equally well and doesn't wash away as quickly. I apply it with a syringe and needle. This is one truly smooth and robust folder!

Nice set maxbelg! Is the 2011 LE a user or a safe queen?
Thanks for posting the pics.

Awesome collection!!!!! I love my Small Sebenza and would love a Large and an Mnandi too!

My daughter told me I was spending too much money on Spydercos. So, I started buying CRKs! So many knives .... so few pockets! Great set.

Thank you all for the positive comments. There are worse and more expensive addictions than buying and using great knives I guess!!!

Failing is human - and I see some well worth it.
Using knives like these puts it into perspective

Great collection.

I must ask, is your Umnumzaan's blade a bit more polished than a stonewash finish? It seems to hold more of a reflection ability than others I've seen (and own).

No, this is just the reflection: it has a very ordinary stonewash finish. I really like this third Umnumzaan. The two before this I sold for some mysterious reason, but I like this one: super-smooth and I've grown to like the lock-disk-thing.

Great collection.
