Confirmation/receipt for the ams?

Hi, like the title said, I was wondering if anyone got a confirmation email/receipt for their order of the ams? I ordered from my ipad and accidentally touched the screen while it was sending the order. So I didn't get any confirmation online or an email since ordering Sunday night. Help please.

I am really not sure how the ordering system works. I just make knives. Call the office tomorrow at 419-923-6471 and one of the girls will be able to help you out.

Hi Garth,
Thanks for responding. I already called yesterday but they were understandably swamped and I was told someone would get back to me. After not hearing anything, I wrote them yesterday and haven't heard anything again. I understand how busy you all are, I just want to make sure my order went through. I thought maybe someone else who ordered could confirm the process.

It seems over the past year or two, no one wants to give you a receipt anymore.

Even our local grocery store asks you if you want a receipt every time you buy something.

Maybe I missed the memo.

Kmart as well (Connected with Sears). Otherwise you get a receipt that is 14 inches long, not joking. Even if it's for just one item.
