Confused, please help

So im getting an RC4, and i want the PE orange OD version. I see them listed with G10 handles and Micarta. Am i missing something or is this a mistake. I would like g10 handles, is that an aftermarket type thing or some custom job. Also ive seen OD blade without the orange......confused..

Also could i see a pic of the Orange OD RC4, and (if they are real) the other variations? thanks so much ESEE peoples!

The orange handles are g10. All others are micarta. Check ESEE's website for pics. The link is at the top of the page, under the forum header!

the orange is G10, it comes with an OD blade. if you see otherwise then that person did a handle swap. unless it is the RP knife

I picked up the OD/orange G-10 ESEE-4 for my dad a few months back.

In the ESEE-4 line:
OD blade with Blaze Orange G-10 scales.
Black blade with black linen micarta scales (that actually look gray unless/until you tweak them to make them darker, which I haven't)
Desert tan blade with green canvas micarta scales (which don't look very green to me, unless they're wet).

OD Green Blade 3 & 4 have Orange G10

If you see others someone just switched scales...
here are some 3's , the black &orange G10 was a special Rat Pack run.(not carried by dealers)
Dealers carry OD Green blade ESEE3's & 4's with Orange G10 handles

I think the important point to the OP is that any Blaze Orange scales on the -3 or -4 are G-10, not micarta.
