Always been precious now. . Precious metal !

Great Forum support all around.

Thanks to ALL Members! The support shows a lot.

Thanks!

It's not only about time I contribute a bit of support but the privileges of the Golden membership are a nice treat.

Oh heh, I thought you were platinum. Congrats!

Nope just blue. Easy mistake to make though.:)

Thanks to everyone for all the kind words.

But in reality it's not that big of a deal, I'm sure some are saying "blah, that guy...blah". And they may not be too far off. I'm not looking for praise for doing something so many already have.

But I do sincerely appreciate all the well wishes / congratulations.

Congratulations. You will really enjoy the perks. And now I can ask you a dumb disassembly question in a PM instead of embarrassing myself in public :)

Come to think of it, I did reply to your inquiry about your video. It's not a bad thing to ask questions. Don't be embarrassed.

There's a ton I don't know...part of why my user name is what it is. Ignorance may be bliss but it's my internal enemy.

If I know of threads already started that answer questions posed by new guys or visitors of this forum I try to post the link to them. If a question comes up that may need photos or details, I try to create it. But those thread ideas mostly grow from conversation.

Question and answer threads are our bread and butter

I mentioned this in another thread but I will repeat it in multiple places in the hopes that it will get read.
I was chagrin that someone "felt" as though some "new to the forum" individuals had been made to feel unwelcome because they asked questions.
Not that I was aware because if I had been - trust that it would have been handled with dispatch.
I do recall a couple of times (early on) I had alluded to something being done differently than maybe the norm and being made to feel like I just tried to kiss the pope.
Not a great feeling.
Those days won't be repeated, I assure you. So, ask away! Talk about how much fun it is to assemble, disassemble, reassemble.
This is a "User-Friendly" Forum :)

And Thank You to the Golds and Platinums for the support of "Our" Forum. Welcome to ALL "Ink" colors !

It's misunderstanding for the most part. There are some truly awesome people in this forum. But if "you" don't care enough to discover that, it's not anyone's fault but "your" own.

First I need to score a Ti scale for my 3", then I'll be coming to you with questions. It may be a long time....

Everyone wants the Ti scales, it's well known by the people that create them...patience will pay off in time.

If it helps, In conversation with Rob I was blown away by what goes into the creation of a Ti scale.
They are the Most Labor intensive item they make (I don't know if he meant of accessories or everything)
