I just got my new Benchmade catalogs for the coming season, and was excited to find that Shane Sibert's Mini Pocket Rocket has found a place in Benchmade's lineup.

I'm really stoked for Mr. Sibert. I've thought, ever since I first saw a picture of a knife he'd made, that he has a real talent for design and his knives have a FACE. He doesn't really move and shake like some and kind of has a humble air about the way he approaches knife making. One of my favourite stock removin specialists. These are impressions, I don't know the man.

Plus, Suz and Kohai999 like his knives- 'nuff said!

And what better way to celebrate Shane Sibert's rise to prominence than to rig up a sweet photo gallery of his awesome designs:thumbup:

If you have any photos of his knives you'd like to post, I'd like to suggest you do it here:)

I picked up this photo from Steven I think awhile ago. Part of my virtual collection:D

still have that one. Haven't had an occasion to use it yet. Changed out the sharpener in the sheath for a fire starter, as that seems more likely needed WHEN it does get used.:)

Thanks Suz! I knew you'd come through with some great photos:)

Steven, let me know if you're ever in need of a bike, I could use a knife like that! I'm kidding, I'm kidding... ok, not really. That's a damn awesome looking knife if I ever did see one:thumbup: I've been green with envy since the day I first laid eyes on it.

I have a black old skool Cannondale SM400 frame, SUNTOUR components with every nut and bolt replaced on it, not a sticker or logo to be seen, completely stealth(been on about 20 death rides, and logged SO many regular miles), AND a 2004 Giant NRS2....pretty set for now, but I'll keep it in mind.;)

Best Regards,

Ok, I'm bad- drifting my own thread!
So, back on track;
