Thanks folks!
I didn't know the Knife World article was out yet. I do know that I was on cloud 9 when BR Hughes interviewed me at the Reno show!!! Definitely one of the biggest moments for me in knifemaking so far!
I was super pumped to see Coop's photographic work of my knife in Blade for the hamon article! In all honesty though, I was a little ashamed, as Don Fogg, Burt Foster, or Don Hanson could have EASILY (and deserved to) gotten that first photo over me.
I'm definitely still making knives, just in VERY little bits of time! I worked 26 days in a row at the 'ol "real job"!!!
My plan/hope is that I can get in enough time/OT at my current job to buy a piece of property, build a shop with a loft apartment, and get a lot more time available for knifemaking. I'm also spending a lot of time at the gym, but I have to, to keep my sanity after leaving work! lol
Today is Labor day, and to celebrate I'm laboring in the shop!!!

Many thanks to Don Hanson as he just very generously shared his time with me on some problems I was having with a hamon. I'll be putting his advice to good use and soon as I sign off here.
Thanks all!!!
