For you Blade Subscribers who have not gotten your BLade Magazine yet (Novermber 2006 issue). BLade has devoted the last page (114) of the magazine to RJ's Havoc.

Check out the blade grind on this knife. The black coating really shows it off with a little help from Mr. Coop.

If you love the Devastator but wanted something a little smaller, here it is.

I'm really pleased for Randy. This knife startled me with it's ability to duplicate a bevel grind with straight cuts. I made sure the lighting showed this. RJ consistently breaks out of the box with ingenuity. As shown.....

I NEVER know which of my clients work makes it into a spread. Really. So this is good news indeed. It's in the hands of the gods..... :p

I can personally attest that this knife is VERY slick! Very smooth, and just superb work sizing down the Devastator without losing any of its utility.

Congrats RJ!
 
I bought one at Blade in June. I've carried it everyday since. Its a great knife. I love it!

WWG: Thanks for taking the time to put that post up here, and thanks to everyone else for chimimg in. I haven't gotten my issue yet either, but I know that Coop did an excellent job on the photo.

I see a lot of long days ahead in the shop! Motivation like this makes them a lot easier to handle. THANKS
