Hi Coop,

I am in Montreal for the weekend and I just picked up a copy of Excalibur (for a WHOPPING CAD$18 :rolleyes: ) a French knife magazine...lo and behold, there is a 3 page spread of your coverage of the AKI show complete with your pics and a pic of you! Congratulations! THAT'S how you do a review!

Well, you're the first person to let me know that article made it into print! I wrote a 900 word write-up and sent a CD filled with images to Francis Anglade, the correspondent who wrote the entire piece.

Francis mentioned he would send me a few copies. Sounds like he needs a little prodding!

Anyway, thank YOU for the kind promotion! Wish I could read French.... ;) $18.00 CND??? Ouch...!

Jim I want to thank you for the great photo shoot on my last pistol again. Its in the June issue of Blade if you hadnt noticed. Thankyou buddy.

ps Do You want to shoot an axe/gun? Give me another month.

Darn, I wish I could get a copy of that magazine. After all, I can read French a bit... :D

Bruce, I would LOVE to work with you on any project you have: axe/gun, karambit/scissors, balisong/crossbow, mortar-launcher/nail-clipper, what have you! ;)

I sent Francis an email seeing if I could get my own copy--SOON! :eek:

I'm working tonight for a client, you'll see it soon. Forums and the folks who frequent them have been a mainstay of my between-show work. You guys help more than you think with your support. I'm grateful. :)

No prob Coop...as the others say, you deserve the accolades!

Just read the article on train ride back to TO...they give a full bio about you (your work for Ducati, recent birth of your child, how you got into knives etc.)...ahhh, I won't ruin it for you ;)

BTW, for those of you who will be subscribing to Excalibur, you might want to consider la Passion de Couteaux as well...FANTASTIC pics
