Jason has accepted a position with a cutlery company out west and will now be a professional knife sharpener...among other things.
What a joy it must be finding a job doing something you love to do.

Congrats Jason, and remember me when you turn that company into a Fortune 500!:thumbup:

Congratulations on the new job and the opportunity to move to Arizona. Beautiful place, but it still gets cold there, and windy. Just not as much as the northeast. You will love it!

Thank you, everyone.

In the past few years I have sharpened kitchen cutlery for a place that has chef knives to go ;)
Through my friend Mark I was recommended this position, and in what has been a fast pace chain of events I now have a job I only dreamed of before.

I will be working at the Phoenix Knife House sharpening mainly Japanese cutlery and teaching sharpening classes. It's a big move but a chance I can't pass up.
