Congress - Queen vs Canal Street

Do any of you have an opinion on the Queen or Canal Street Congress? I'm going to buy one and was wondering if there is a difference with respect to quality. Thanks in advance!

Two things...

The Canal Street is hands down a nicer quality knife, but is 420HC steel--inferior steel, but heat treated well and it performs well for them
The Queen has D2 steel which (IMO) is a great steel for a pocket knife.
