Starting to make linerlock folders again. I plan on making one this month to see how it goes.

I've been looking around for a new locking folder, and nothing is really jumping out at me, excited to see it!

Here are my thoughts on this.

Specs:
3 3/4" blade of 1/8" thick O1 steel
5" (roughly) handle of micarta/
.062 thick titanium linerlock
Roughly $250

Please take the time to think about it, and reply. Is there a market at this price point?

I sent out 27 emails this morning asking for feedback. So far I`ve received the following comments.

Can I make it smaller? Yes
Can it be longer? Possibly
Can I make it in a left hand version? Yes
Available with a pocket clip? Yes
Too expensive.

Some old JK Folders. Large Framelock, Friction Folder, Standard Framelock, and Linerlock.

some possible marketing niches: stuff to talk about,
scandi grind folder, usa custom o1 steel
sodbuster custom super deluxe in a locking o1 steel sounds cool
Bushcrafty rather than tactical

But I think that the price point to hit is in under $200, like $195
But..........not my cup of tea because I have a bad habit of loosing folders so I usually buy cheapish, example, Chinese Rough Rider in pocket today!
PS that handle shape is familiar!

Most of the feedback I`ve got back thinks the price is too high, so I`m going to scrap this idea.
