Do you guys have a "security blanket" knife? One that, if you don't have it with you, your whole day feels off? This Large Desert Ironwood has been with me practically daily since the day I got it in '03 or '04...can't exactly remember.

She is my only Sebbie and has worn out 2 CRK pocket pouches and is all but worn out the AG Russell large pocket pouch. She is scratched, dirty, and continues to cut whatever is needed on a daily basis. Seriously, I can count on one hand the number of days she hasn't been in my pocket in the last 15 plus years.

I think she will outlive me by a long shot.

On a side note, I passed up a Large Buckeye Burl Anniversary at the 2004 Blade Show, because I had convinced myself that I NEEDED another 1911...I regret that decision every time I shoot that &*&% gun, as the anniversary is my grail. Although it does make me wonder which one would have gotten the most pocket time throughout the years...I guess that's why we have two front pockets!

I've owned a few CRK's and Sebenzas and have always admired them but would talk myself out of them - "they're too expensive" or I wanted the latest and greatest steel. I ended up getting this 31 and decided that I really wanted to spend some time with it. I took it on a trip with me and used it for any cutting task it was suitable for and it has been with me everyday now for over a month. I have knives with "better" steel but I really want to carry this one. I'm really happy.

That’s awesome to have one daily carry for that long. Really commendable. I wish I had that dedication, I’m trying to slim the herd tho. I do good to carry one for two weeks consecutively for work. If I had to take a guess I’d say this one is most likely my most used CRK. Only four years old or so but it had seen some use. This pic is from almost a year ago

I got back into CRK knives about a year ago after not owning one for ages. I've since acquired 5 of them (6 if you count fixed blades). My last one, from a couple of months ago, is a unique graphic, one of the first 21s. No Idaho Made, solid washers, etc. I have not been interested in carrying anything else since then. I think I may have found "the one." Might be time to let the others go. Maybe.

It is pretty sad when your blue jeans don't have a skoal ring, but a sebenza outline! I rotate through knives on a daily basis, but for whatever reason, the Sebenza is always with me.

I don’t have a “specific” one that I carry. I will pick one and carry it for awhile, wether it’s my newest one or one I have had awhile. Many times I will have 2-3 That I will rotate daily.

Currently I have a large UG Damascus, Large UG, large CGG that are rotated along with a different brand here and there like Spartans SHF which is my other favorite brand
