constant site crashing

Is there a reason that the BF site seems to crash for 10-20min 3-4 times a day?

It always comes back in a few min. just seems weird.

Usally get the "site can not be found" error.

And I have checked this on several different computers and web servers, so it is not a computer / server issue.

Not sure why, but Spark is aware and is working on things.

It has become quite ridiculous. I love this place, or I would not stick around - it is way past time this get fixed IMHO.

Here is a handy little tool for checking to see if it is a site that is down or your connection (being blocked, browser issue, etc.). I pointed this URL/check to our forum:

First time I encountered the multiple database errors I tried some of those "is it down" sites and they all said BF was fine and the problem was with me. We know that's not the case because lots of folks are having the same repeated issue and it's not on the user's end.
