Contact info for Northwoods Knives

I got a Northwoods stag stockman Bladeforums 08 model in a trade recently, and the shield fell out. All I did was take it out of the box. Knife was traded to me in LNIB condition, and it was, no doubting the member who I traded with. Just disconcerting when the shield falls out as you are ogling it. Anyway, I could not find a contact email for Northwoods, only a phone number. Anyone have contact information for them? Should I send it to Queen?

I deal with NW all the time, the phone is the best way to talk to them. I have never had good luck with email.

You might just try a drop of super glue or if you want to do it the way they will, a little 2 part epoxy. If it doesn't work, you'll be sending it back anyway.

Too true on that. You should just do it on your own. That is what they will do, and you'll be out of a knife for the next 2-6 weeks

Use 2 part epoxy unless you are interested in gluing it again or worst yet loosing it. Make sure you clean any old glue from the back of the shield and the inlay area of the handle where the shield will lie and that will take care of it.
