I have a Wharcom that's having issues with its lock. I'm taking it to the P.O. in a little while to send out to you guys along with a note including all the info you'll need.

EDIT: Forgot it was Sunday, the knife will be sent out in a few days.
 
Just received the replacement today, thank you for the exceptional service.
 
so any hopes of a future retail store up there, it would most likely increase my chances of buying more knifes considering i could drive up there and look at them first.

No, no plans for a retail store here. It was thought about before, but our building is entirely to small.
