I recieved an eamil from Swamp Rat telling me that my Rodent 6 is ready for shipment after I had sent them an email stating that I had switched credit cards. I gave them the the new card number and this is the reponse I got back"

Mr. Tony Azbill,

Your Rodent 6 is now ready for shipment. Unfortunately, our credit card authorization system automatically deletes your credit card information after 30 days due to security purposes. If you would like to pay using a credit card, please send us email confirmation and we will contact you at the phone number you provided."

So I sent an email back to confirm that I would like them to give me a call back. I know they are busy and never recieved a call back today. However I work nights and there is a 4 hour time difference between us. So I was wondering if there is a phone number I can call them at to pay for my knife. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

I am in the same boat, I just want to make sure that Swamp Rat gets my info so I can get my knives. Butch.
 
I wish they would post a phone number on their website so I could just call them and pay them.
 
Love their knives, hate dealing with them, you can never get someone to talk to, its all email all the time. gets annoying after a while

I got the same email yesterday morning. I responded for them to call for my CC info. Haven't heard from them yet.

And +1000 on them needing a phone number.
 
Hindsight/Josh will usually respond in a few days. Just have to realize he is dealing with a lot of people, so you may not get a response from him in 24 hrs. I ordered recently and he got back to me in a few days with my order. Busse and Kin (swamp rat/scrapyard) are under the same roof. Give the Busse shop a call... you can go to the bussecombat.com site and click on ordering and there are a bunch of ways to submit your payment. Thanks for that.Just spoke with Lexi about going ahead with my payment for my order so I don't have to try and watch my balance so close.
 
I got my call today at 0934 this morning and I paid for my knife. I was going to save the number but it came up blocked. Oh well at I least I got it paid for and hopefully it will arrive by the time I get back from the North Slope. I may not have a sheath by then but I can always make one from cardboard and duct tape.

Glad I saw this thread. I replied last night and anxiously awaited a call today. We wait weeks and then when you get an email saying it is ready to ship...you can't a day lol. Can only imagine what it is like managing orders and what not.
