I apologize in advance if this isn't the right place to ask this question--does anyone know how to get in-touch with Murray Carter to place an order? The only e-mail I can find for him through a Google search is not in working order. Thanks to anyone with any info. Best Regards--Jim SEMPER FI

Hey Mr. Fowler, I thought I'd let you know that the e-mail addy you gave me for Murray Carter is still not working.
