Stretching my feelers out to see if anyone knows if its possible to contact the chap from HideAway Knives here through Bladeforums.com
 
No, I don't think it's possible to contact Frontsight, or Bill, or whoever is running that place now through here.

You'll have better luck contacting them through their website.
 
Cheers Frontline29 will do, I recieved an odd email today out of the blue and wondered if I could clarify if the site was still standing, hacked or whatnot via here. It seems I have an outstanding order :eek: on their books and its ready now. Fingers crossed we'll work it out just fine.
 
It should. Check out the thread in the feedback subforum. Things seem to be running a bit better over there these days.
 
I got a similar e mail some time ago. I registered on their site and went to look at available units in my size. A while later I got an e mail saying my order was ready. Then about a half dozen more over the next few months. It worried me, and I will no longer be looking on their site.
 
They still have my Email from the last time I bought from there, and I haven't gotten any spam from them. Weird.
 
Don't worry about the email.

I got around 3 or 4 of those in the past months.

The wording confused me to in the beginning, but later on I realized it was just a form of advertising.

I remember reading a post here saying that they are under new management...that was around the time I started getting the emails stating my "order" was ready to go.

Unless you actually do want to pick up a brand new HAK that they have in stock, just ignore the email. No need to contact them.
