I sent a message through the Contact Us link with some questions about paid memberships but it's been several days and no response. Since I can't PM a mod...?

I also sent a message through the Contact Us link with some questions about paid memberships but it's also been several days and no response. Whenever I try to renew my Gold membership, the link automatically redirects me to PayPal which I no longer use.

How do we get other options for membership renewals, i.e. credit card?
 
Click the normal link here then below the login for PayPal it will say pay with debit or credit. From there you should be able to use non-PayPal
 
I've tried that multiple times and when I click the credit card option and submit (before I can enter my credit card #) I get a "processing" circle that never finishes.

I don’t quite know how to help with that one as it’s not a problem with the forum. Have you tried clearing your cookies?
 
Hi. I'm a Gold Member and have been a member here for 22 years. Is it possible for a moderator to remove a minor violation I received 12 years ago? It was for "Failure to Follow Forum Specific Rules". I have not received a violation in the past 12 years. Can you make this go away? I know it's like a little turd floating in a large punchbowl, but it bothers me. Thanks.

You should be proud. It was issued by Esav in 2010. We'll never see his like again.

(And no, we can't remove it...I looked...otherwise I would have.)

I am looking to see if a Mod can give me some guidance, via DM, about how to handle something that *may* get posted for sale in the Fixed For Sale forums that doesn't belong to the person who posted it.
