Contact Wheel ?

Turn it on a lathe.
If you don't have one you should be able to find a machine shop in your area that could turn it for you. I suppose it could be done on a wood lathe with a gouge if you were real careful but a metal lathe would be much safer. Either that or send it out and have it retired. I sent one of mine to Contact Rubber and they did a fine job on it.
Take care Ricky!

I've trued them up by nailing a piece of 36 grit sandpaper to a chunk of plywood and gently gone up against the powered contact wheel with it until it looked true..worked fairly well.

If your contact wheel is not driven you will need a lathe.
