Contacting Busse

Hi, new here!

I've been trying to reach Busse before placing an order, I've tried their online contact form and after 3-4 days without a response, I tried directly emailing them and still nothing after now 3 days. I know I could call them but what's the typical response time on emails? I'd like to give them some of my money but I need a question answered first.

What's keeping you from calling them? Calling them is the best way to reach out to Busse -- they're great folks and don't mind speaking to you over the phone. Ask for Amy (she usually is the one to answer the phone anyway ... at least she does just about every time I've called).
