Anyone know of the best way to chat with the guys at Ferrum Forge?
Sent a couple of emails via their site to them in the last 3 months but haven't had a response.
I have an old deuce and it has a couple of issues with fit despite being all stock & basically untouched. I just want to PAY to send it in for spa treatment & any touch up they can think of, not looking for free warranty service or anything.
But even then I can't get ahold of these guys for the life of me.. are they too busy these days to interact with customers? Have they gone china-made only and no longer actually have a shop anymore?
I'm out of the loop as I haven't been active in the community since I got the Deuce in 2014 or so. Back then they were super stand up dudes, quick to reply, very helpful.
