Just read an editorial by J. Bruce Voyles in KI about "turning & burning" which is a new phrase to me. If I picked up his drift, t & b is where you collect a brand or style or type, enjoy them and trade/sell them to collect along a different line.
I've become comfortable in a daily self defense/emergency "tactical" type knife and will keep one or two favorites to use & carry.
I have almost every larger Spyderco and most of their smaller ones. That said, which one would you recommend for a long term knife.
I've to decided to collect more traditional Case knives and pass the tradition & collection on to my son. Any good suggestions on what to concentrate on for collector value in Case & Sons knives? I like the Stag, MOP & Bone. Any other must haves?
Thanks
John
