I've tried leaving messages for 2 different members this evening. I get on their Profile Page, but the box that I've clicked in to post my Conversation is not there now. It seemed simple after the change, but I'm lost now...
 
Perhaps these members don't allow visitor's messages on their profile?

Perhaps they were thinking about Private Messages that you get as a paid member, rather than the visitor messages for anybody which they may have blocked for some reason.
 
I agree, the Salesperson may have meant for interested parties to send a conversation. If this is the case, pay in the thread that you have tried to contact them twice but to no avail...

Even if they don't want folks posting in their thread, you have no other way to contact them. I am sure they would prefer to have a sale over not...
