Are the Unbox movies on your hard drive? If so, what format?

It is a .wmv file on an external portable usb hard drive. The cruncher is that I have 3 seasons of Battlestar Galactica on my Ipod and the fourth season will only be offered at Amazon Unbox. Given the fact I travel a lot, I would like to get the 4th season on my Ipod. I dont want to have to buy seasons 1-3 again through Amazon. Any help greatly appreciated.

I use PQDVD to convert WMV files to MP4. It costs $39.99 but it is well worth the price. If you don't feel like spending the money and seeing as I already own it you can send me the USB drive and I'll convert them for you.

I will buy it. Thanks for the offer. Once again, the men and women of Bladeforums prove they are good people willing to help each other. Even though this is a diverse community, common sense, good manners and a slightly twisted sense of humour prevail. Wish we could translate this to our country. Again, many thanks, Ken.

If you have any questions about its use feel free to drop me a PM. :D

Thanks again. Not to drivel, but Gadgets and Gear forum has saved me a ton of money and educated my ignorant posterior.

JerseyText7,

From what I've read about UNBOX, is that your .wmv files are managed by Windows DRM (Digital Rights Management) and might not convert to IPOD format.

Has anyone converted DRM enabled .wmv files?

If they are in fact DRM protected than you have to take one more step in the process.

Jerseytex,

PM sent with that info.
