Converting Real Audio tracks to WMA.

I downloaded an album from Real Audio (The White Stripes - Elephant) and I want to convert them MP3 as well as WMA. Unfortunately the converter I have through Real Player won't allow me to convert them to MP3 even though I bought it and have a license. Anybody know of any cheap audio track converters?
