I love the convex edge the shop put on my SJ so much that, I've been thinking about sending my NO back for the same treatment.

Johnny O and me both got our convex SJ's back at around the same time,and we both agreed about our likes about the new edge.I felt cutting performance is inreased by 50% or more and you talk about bad ass sharp!Unreal performance especially when slicing fruits or vegetables,I cant wait to put er thru the ultimate test"the breakfast test" Dont get to do it much in the winter camps as I mostly freeze dry it ,but spring is fast approaching which should yield many fish fileting and sausage cuttin tasks!

Hey Zane, No doubt about its slicing ability. It cuts like a much thinner blade, than a 3/16" piece of INFI. I'm real happy with my SJ's performance. Can't wait for Spring to roll in and get it out where it belongs, the Rockies......
