What are some good convex ground production knife with a 5" to 6" blade (convex ground being the apple seed profile, the opposite of hollow ground.)

Thanks,

That Mr. Warner has blades of that size.

I think the good folks at Swamp Rat Knives will have what you're looking for, too. Then again, you, too, can make any blade convexed using the mousepad/sandpaper methods popularized by our very own Buzzbait.

Bryan Baker of New Zealand puts a convex edge on his knives. They go by the Svord brand name.

I've seen his Peasant knives (friction folder - I have one myself) mentioned in another post. He also makes a variety of hunting, fishing and general purpose knives.

You can find some examples of his work at http://www.outdoorsupplies.co.nz/knives.htm

Cheers,
Lindsay
