Convex my new Strider SMF?

So been carrying my new SMF this last week. My first Strider and was making sure I liked her before sharpening (came sharp but not hair popping). I'm considering putting a convex edge on her. I pretty much convex all my fixed blades but convex case by case on my folders. Decided I really like the knife so now seriously kicking around putting a convex finish on it. Think with the thicker blade this is the way to go. Anyone else done this? Thoughts?

If you're going to keep the knife, you certainly don't have anything to lose by convexing that puppy. It will definitely make the knife a better slicer. It'll probably take you a good long time to do, Strider's S30V is pretty hard, tough stuff.
