I didn't do a third video like mentioned but here are some final pictures after etch and polishing.

What was the final step (prior to etching) that removed that last little bit of facet from the stone work?

Between dips in the etchant I used 2k wet/dry on my finger to "polish" the etched area. It's enough to make it very smooth and seamless.

Turned out fantastic. I need to do some experimenting with etch. I'd love to see a short clip of the process using the wet/dry, maybe on the next one...

Just watched a bit. Thanks for showing what the Endura SB can do. What angle do you use on that? IIRC, cliff did zero flat on his Delica SB.
