That is great... I think a little more practice on convex sharpening and I'll be doing the same.
 
Results of his technique on 154 CM. It's not an ESEE but when my RC 3 dulls I will do it next. I have a Scrap Yard Dumpster Mutt that is slightly thicker than the RC 5 and I think I'd like to do the "saber convex grind" to it when I get more materials.
