Twenty minutes of gently sanding then some stropping. It is half deshouldering and half convexing. S30V is hard !!!
It's not a radical convexing though but really the perf are amazingly improved.
A caress on wood and the chips fly !

So if in 20 minutes I can get that.... I will manage to work it 60 minutes next time ! :)

It was folded #600 sandpaper on my leather belt.
The stropping was made on the leather belt too.
(you see the belt on the second picture)

You do an edge trailing motion, like stropping, for the sandpaper portion. Yes?

Absolutely. You check the angle for only the edge shoulder to be a contact. The more belly the less easy it is as you need to turn your wrist without to change the angle.
So, you "strop" the blade on the sand paper which is ON a soft medium like a mouse pad or my leather belt in this case.
You need to applied some force for better result.
Take your time, work one side at a time.
Then strop it until it's back to razor. (5 minutes)
