COOK Custom Damascus Necker

Anyone have an idea what this might be worth? It's 3" overall, and 1" blade damascus. The blade is stamped "COOK". Also, is this Dennis Cook? Or someone elses work? Thanks for looking.

If it is, it's an old one. His current mark is nothing like the one on this knife. He does like to use damascus steel though.
