Cross your fingers... by the time you read this, you should have a working cookie - you'll start seeing the lightbulbs the next time you log in...

Spark,
seems to work ok on windows explorer, but is a no-go on any version of Netscape. I don't get light bulbs, and I can't get into W&C on Netscape on Solaris or Linux. But, everything seems ok on explorer on '95 an win '98. Seems like perhaps the UBB software is using features, or code specific to windows explorer. Have you asked them about netscape support?

oops! I thought I was using a clean instance of Netscape. Everything seems to be working for Netscape 4.73 on a Sun Sparc. Nice going Spark, thanks!!

Spark!

Great job, Dude! It's working on Netscape Communicator 4.7.6 now, as well as IE 5. I'm a happy camper!

It's still not working for me, and I still have no Bladeforums cookie on my hard drive ... I'm running Explorer. I've had no problem getting into Whine & Cheese. I've seen posts from a couple of members who use webtv who haven't had any problems at all.

Still not working for me, I had to enter name and password to post this evening. Still says past 5 days for preferences even though mine are for all posts.
Just thought I'd let you know.

I am using Netscape Navigator 4.75

Just wanted to see if deleting the cookie would do any good.

Hey, seems to be working! Logged off and came back online. My preferences are there and so are the light bulbs.
I did delete the cookie I got a day ago.

Me:"Uuh....yeah, something like that."

If you are still having problems, I need to know if you have, since I posted this message, gone to preferences and selected the "Delete your cookie" option.

I'll also need your browser, browser version, operating system, and name / phone number of the cutest avaialble 18-24 year old female you know who is interested in a fat, balding, BladeForums.com administrator.

Thanks for your support.
