I have a stag handled carving set, stainless steel, with a gold colored etching of a stag in the forest on the blade. In the lower right corner of the etching it says: zwilling j.a.henckels, the twin guys shown in a box, rostfrei twindur. The total length of the knife is 12 3/4". The matching fork is 11". I haven't been able to find any information about this set, anywhere. I'm quite sure it's not too old. I did see a similar set with the PUMA logo on the blade. I'll post some photos tonight. Any thoughts? Thanks.
