One of my customers had bought an A.P.C.K. awile ago, and really likes it for cooking. He decided he wanted a matching Hudson Bay and Bird & Trout to go with it, for the perfect cooking set. The HB has a 6" x 1/8" blade, and both are oak with brass pins to match his A.P.C.K.
