Here is a little companion knife I just finished up.
This pattern was sent to me by a customer to see if it had any merit to be made.
I really like the shape and the lines and decided to make up from some thin (.070") S30V.
I heat treated this to 62 Rc and ground the edge all the way to zero and added a micro-bevel.
I also decided to dress this one up a little with some Bone Linen Micarta and Mosaic pins.
It is 9.88" OAL with a 5.4" Blade and plenty of finger and knuckle clearance.

Thanks for looking, and comments always welcome.

That looks terribly practical, Chris. Red G10 liners on the next one would really make it pop! :D
This category interests me a lot, I'm working on a couple now.

I hadn't thought about liners previously, but I have to agree that red would really set it apart a bit more.

Thanks

you're killing me Chris, that is a knife I'd have to have. I don't always use the M4 kitchen knife I got from you. One in that size would fit the bill.
I call first dibs if you decide to sell this one.

Thank You.
You are too kind.
It is very light and very comfortable to use.
Not to mention it is wicked sharp.

since I can't seem to get the one I want built.... I'll take this w/kydex sheath for camping. great looking knife!!!!!!!
