Cool Amazon bali-tool!

Wasnt sure whether here or under bali's forums or in multi tools, but I'm going with gadgets because, well, its a gadget. Or maybe gear... Anyways.

Surfing Amazon today and I found this knifty bali multitool. While a seiously doubt the overall quality is much to mention, the one thing that caught my attention was that it appears to have a oxygen wrench. Does it look that way to anybody else? Has anybody actually picked up this thing- I'd love to hear some feedback since there is nothing on amazon yet. :confused:
 
I've seen them before--you're right, probably fairly typical CCC quality. I'd LocTite those screws down ASAP. :)
 
If you pulled that thing out at a medical call the other first responders might laugh.

I'm not so much looking for a rescue tool, just thought it was really cool they have incorperated what appears to be an oxygen wrench/key.
