I picked this off of eBay for a small amount of money. Pretty neat knife if you ask me, with a mechanism I haven't seen before. It reminds me of a pull ball knife that G. Schrade and Remington produced. Enjoy.

As you can see, the little "tail end" where the crown is pulled and the blade swings up into place. I believe this is called a ratchet or ratcheting system?

so you have to pull out the end with the crown to fold out the blade?

Yup, and you push it back in for the blade to go back into the handle.
