I've lived where I am for close to 5 years now and only this week discovered another small park right on my doorstep. I had to take a detour this week down a country lane and spotted a sign for a park tucked off on the right of the road. I told Mrs Pit and yesterday we decided to check it out.
While it isn't huge it is large enough for an hours walk with the dogs and does provide some views that I found very nice.

It didn't seem like many people used it ( none when we were there and trails were not well trod ), this adds to the appeal of this little park hidden away !
