Cool new Kershaw

Best Leek I've seen. Great steel and scales. But the Leek is a gentlemen's folder in my opinion. I would buy another knife if I wanted a tactical knife. Just my opinion though. Still, great knife.

I gotta agree with that.

Looks like a UGK (Universal Gentlemans Knife) with AO and premium steel.

I'd buy one as a gift for someone who needs/wants such a piece.

Walking Man, in general, are you a Kershaw fan? Just wondering.

I love the Random Task and the new G10 leek.

I'm gonna have to get myself a G10 leek I can see right now. That's just a Baaaaaad knife :)

Hey Thomas, nice to see ya around these parts. ;)

NGK or 1SKS getting any? And is it going to be a limited edition? I want mine...

I'm waiting for the ":grippy" version too. My local dealer saws a couple of weeks. He ordered a bunch at the SHOT show.
I carry a Rainbow Leek daily and the finish is unscratchable. Am very interested in the egdeholding comparison.

I like some of Kershaw's knives. I'm not a fan nor a hater of Kershaws knives. There's some I like and some I don't. Overall, I'd say, yes, I like Kershaw as a company. The leek is just not my thing.
Also, I've been disappointed by the steels used in many of the speedsafe knives, especially the scallion, mini-mojo, and others.
It seems as though Kershaw only uses it's premium steel on it's largest knives.

I think it's a great knife! I will buy two tomorrow! Orthogonal,
I think you are selling an ergonomic masterpiece short! Even with a bit of arthritis, I never fumble deployment of my leek. When push comes to shove, I'd rather have a 22 I can shoot 10's with than a 44mag that spends most of its time lookin' up at the sky!

As much as I swore that the KOPA in Red Apple Coral that I just bought from NGK was the last knife I'm purchasing; along comes this from Kershaw.

Excuse me while I leave now and head to the NGK website and watch my self-control go down the tube.:D

It just so happens that a came across a Random Task NIB at a wonderful price at the same time the g10 Leek came out..... choices, choices

GOT BOTH!!!

The Random Leek was a good Leek.

Hell, the standard Leeks are great knives.

This polished G-10 Leek looks cool, but I like the feel of rough G-10 better so I am going to wait for the normal (non-limited, non-polished) version.
