Not sure how many here have seen this, but I just stumbled onto a very cool Dealer Exclusive 25 American Flag version...
The graphics aren't a defined flag, but it has stars and other markings on it.

The dealer isn't a BF's dealer, so I won't post a link or their picture, but it is very cool... It's worth doing a little searching IMO :cool:

I like the looks of the 25, but have always thought it would be a little bigger than I like, which is why I have been leaning towards the Inkosi, but this version
might just make the size a non-issue :D
 
That would be correct. I haven't looked at their website for awhile, and am not sure how long it has been out. Maybe it was there before, and I just didn't see it

It came out together with their Sebenza 21 TNK FLG w/ Spirogrpah Damascus... :) I think it was about 6 months ago..

I am still debating on getting my first Sebenza 25.. It's either this one or the Inkosi...
 
I wish they'd do an anodized version of that, I'd probably get one. It is pretty cool. I'm surprised I've never seen one over here yet.

I was wondering the same thing.. I am also surprised that there are still 21s w/ the Spirograph Damascus left...

There's a lot of people saying they really don't like the graphics on that one, although I do. Also, the damascus on them has some of the same issues talked about in that recent thread about damascus where Devin Thomas explained why the pattern is looser these days. Especially on spiro, I think it makes it look messier, and is more pronounced on the smalls. I have 2 larges, they both have better patterns than any of the smalls I've seen. Several people have bought them to get the spiro, and had plain scales put on to replace the flag.

I also don't think that's a limited edition, just an exclusive. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about that.

The initially mentioned Sebenza 25 "Flag" is to my understanding a TNK exclusive. Whereas the "Flag/Spirograph" Sebenza is kind of a limited edition and same time a dealer exclusive, because they are sold only through TNK. Neil called it "closed run" and that's pretty much what it is. He said they made about 18 small and 25 large. Spirograph damascus is no longer made. They had some final stock of spirograph damascus at CRK, used for those.
 
Ah, I see. Didn't realized they made so few. Now that you mention it, I do remember hearing that the damascus was NOS. Had completely forgotten that.

Wonder if these will become the next River of Fire. :p
 
Anyone have the link to Devin Thomas explaining about the looser patterns?
