Yep, that is one of my favorite videos! Khuks are fun in the kitchen. Are they the best tool? Heck no, but I like to mix things up in the kitchen with my cutlery and I like seeing how my different models do with various tasks. So far, my favorite is the Katunje Special. But I've also used my WWII, BGRS and Baby AK and they're all fun to use!

Since watching thecook's video, I've been doing the same, putting a number of non kitchen blades to work at the cutting board. Started with my bilton, then a few kumar kardas, a reproduction of a Searles bowie, and a golok petok.
