My wife just told me she's giving me $150 towards a new Benchmade knife or other purchase from New Graham Pharmacy. I am too spoiled. :D

Hmm... Now do I go for that 710HS or the carbon-fiber police lefty from Spyderco....

.....which knife? well hmmmmmm...flip a coin? Or how about which one you like the looks of more, if that doesn't work what about picking the one you think you will get more use of. Otherwise if your like me its a very hard decision on all counts!!!
 
Those two are maddening enough, but then Spyderco also had to go and make the Kiwi and VG-10 SPOT. I think I'm going with 710HS. I love M2 and my hands hold G10 a bit better than carbon fiber.

I'm not a big Spyderco fan, but I really do like the looks of the Kiwi. The Benchmite is another one I'd seriously consider getting, too. Or possibly the 921 Switchback... That's the one I'd get if I was buying a Benchmade today.

I've got the 921 Switchback. It's my favorite Benchmade so far. It likes cutting even more than it likes looking sharp. The Benchmite looks neat, but New Graham isn't selling it yet and it's not really my cup of tea. That Kiwi, though, is something. Decisions, decisions...
 
The Kiwi does sound pretty nice!!! I like the somewhat traditional looks of the handle (configuration). I make my own one hand folders and use traditional materials (bone, stag, ect.). I like the idea of meshing traditional with modern, the Kiwi is a good example. :)
 
Agreed. The Kiwi is a beaut. Though I know they're not your bag, check out a Shrade/Kious. It's a stainless damascus jackknife (I don't know the difference between a stockman and a trapper).

That said, I'll be getting the 710HS. Woo hoo!!!
