i just received this cooking hocho set..
Not bad is'nt it?
they are carbon steel blade (1075).
14" overall slicer with 9 1/4" blade,
11 1/2" overall chef's knife with 5 1/2" blade
9 1/8" overall small chef's knife with 4" blade,
11 5/8" overall squared tip chef's knife with 5 5/8" blade.
bamboo and rosewood handles.
i have'nt use them yet (except the small folder that decided me to buy other citadel knives, i was so pleased with it...
)
I'll let you know later what i think about it...
first impression, they look gorgeous !
quite heavy, gonna be a pleasure to prepare food with that !
